The work must be payed upfront in order to start the commission process;

The commissioner always receives the original work via e-mail (WeTransfer);

Commissions are fully colored by default;

All prices are in European currency - EURO(€);

I have to confirm your order before I accept any kind of payment;

After the commission is confirmed, reference images must be provided via e-mail (joana.moe@hotmail.com);

Commissions typically take 5 to 14 days to be finished after the sketching process is complete and approved by you;

Your order is refundable until the sketching phase by 50% only, no refunds are available after;

The artist has all the rights to post the commission/illustration on any of their respective social media;

The commissioner has no rights to delete or mask the signature in the commission;

You are free to post the commission elsewhere, as long as you credit or tag me at @bunny.tsu on Instagram;

The commission is only a digital file and not in physical form whatsoever.
